Please help misc... blood in my semen (srs)

I first noticed my semen was slightly pinkish after ejaculating into a tissue on June 16 of this year. It was barely noticeable, but it did look different than usual so I made a note of it. Checked online and read that it was common and usually meant nothing. So I was concerned, but not freaked out.

Thankfully, it seemed to have resolved itself after 2 weeks and semen was back to being normal color for all of July and into August.

But on August 11, I noticed the pinkish semen was back again. Maybe a little worse than before. Then the next day, on August 12 it was dark pink (way more than in June) with 2 dark red specks (possibly dried blood). Now I am freaked out.

The whole time, my testicle area, lower abdomen, and lower back have all been sensitive/uncomfortable/painful, depending on the day.

Current plan is to not ejaculate until next Saturday, and see if it's normal. If not, I'll have to make an appointment to see my doctor for that week.

Anyone have anything like this before? Please pray for me, misc.

When you google blood in urine, they tell you to seek immediate medical care. OP is going to die while waiting a few more days to jerk off again

It's not in my urine (as far as I can tell). It was only in my semen, and everything I read online says that it's common and usually no big deal.

What concerns me is that it came back after being gone for over a month.

"Is blood in the semen normal? Blood in the semen is not normal, but it is reasonably common. Most men who have it, have repeated episodes. It can affect men at any age after puberty but is most common in men aged 30 to 40 years and in men over 50 years who have an enlarged prostate gland not caused by cancer."

I've never had it either, but it is supposedly not uncommon.

I’ve had it before and it’s not usually cause for alarm.

What is cause for alarm is the pain symptoms you’ve described.

You should talk to a doctor to be safe.

Did you have any trauma to that area at all? Check for a hernia. Do you lift really heavy?

Otherwise maybe an infection since you said everything down there is really tender or inflamed.

Could be the prostate. Does it feel like you have a golf ball in your gooch are and the back of your ball area?

No major trauma and I do not lift heavy.

At first I thought I just jacked off too hard. I ejaculated twice that day. First was totally normal. Second time a few hours later was pinkish.

That’s what has me so concerned about it coming back.

Tender and inflamed are the right words. Nothing hurts, except my lower back, but I figured that was a weightlifting injury.

Yea I'd go to the doctor and then get him to send you to the urologist to check things out.

That isn't that normal.

Yeah I think it was for a short period of time. Apparently it can happen.

But having unexplained pain is not normal.

This. I’ve never once had blood come out of my pen0r in any form. That’s a srs problem. But it could be anything from a UTI to cancer. Time to see a doctor.

You may have popped a blood vessel somewhere and continue to strain it while is still not fully healed. This is why the bleeding comes and goes. The smart thing to do would be to go without ejaculating for a couple of months. Allow it to fully heal. You could also have prostatitis. Common for chronic ejaculators like yourself. I believe that could also cause bleeding.
