Biden has brought China to its knees?

OP smoking crack with Hunter, seems.

One of China major problems is its impending real estate crisis. Literally hundreds of billions were spent on office buildings and apartments and homes. The chickens have now come to roost and all that mostly empty space.

Real estate prices have sunk as authorities seek to control debt and market speculation. Millions of homebuyers are refusing to pay their mortgages for pre-sold properties as developers struggle to complete housing projects on time.

China'sThree Red Lines"policy is a monumental failure by creating a massive, economy-damaging housing bubble.

Biden had nothing to do with it. OP is an embarrassment.

Sounds like another batch of freshly desperate factory workers to me, Nike, Walmart and Apple will love that.

Trump Hits China With Tariffs on $200 Billion in Goods, Escalating Trade WarSept. 17, 2018
President Trump, emboldened by America’s economic strength and China’s economic slowdown, escalated his trade war with Beijing on Monday, saying theUnited States would impose tariffs on $200 billion worth of goods and was prepared to tax all imports.

Mr. Trump, in a statement released late Monday, showed no sign of backing down from the type of full-blown trade warbetween the world’s two largest economies that has rattled financial markets, saying he was prepared to “immediately” place tariffs on another $267 billion worth of imports “if China takes retaliatory action against our farmers or other industries.”

The tariffs on $200 billion worth of products comes on top of the $50 billion worth already taxed earlier this year, meaning nearly half of all Chinese imports into the United States will soon face levies. The next wave of tariffs, which are scheduled to go into effect on Sept. 24, will start at 10 percent before climbing to 25 percent on Jan. 1.The timing of the staggered increase will partially reduce the toll of price increases for holiday shoppers buying Chinese imports in the coming months.

“For months, we have urged China to change these unfair practices, and give fair and reciprocal treatment to American companies,”Mr. Trump said.“We have been very clear about the type of changes that need to be made, and we have given China every opportunity to treat us more fairly. But, so far, China has been unwilling to change its practices.”

The tariffs are aimed at pressuring China to change longstanding trade practices that Mr. Trump says are hurting American businesses at a moment when the administration believes it has an advantage in the trade dispute.China’s economy is slowing, with consumers holding back and infrastructure spending slowing sharply. The Chinese slowdown is expected to worsen as America’s tariffs ramp up. The United States, by contrast, has continued to experience robust economic growth, including the lowest unemployment rate since 2000.

I don't think China is permanently fuked, I think they will continue to rise and gain market share in global control, America might be fuked though.
China isn't permanently fuked, though their demographics problem is a monkey on their back that will grow faster than the ageing population issues in the West. I think the US's future is a bit like Japan's last 35 years - slow and stagnant growth. The problem is Americans care only about the latest quarter. For Q3 of this year we'll probably see reports of high GDP growth reported in October. Biden and the NPCs will praise, when the cause will be home construction that's happened after more than a dozen years of it in the gutter. We've had a dearth of new homebuilding since the Great Recession but now homebuilders and construction of apartments have been on a tear. Nearly 1/3rd of houses on the market now are new homes, which is crazy high. It's usually closer to 10%. And some cities are converting abandoned offices into housing. But again, this is short term outlook that is worth noting, but is only part of a big picture.

Incredible amounts of debt are coming due for Americans and Chinese businesses. That's going to cause problems for both and will hamper growth for several years. I just hope China doesn't do another set of artificial infrastructure and other manufacturing stimuli. They don't need more empty buildings, ghost cities or high speed train lines that few of the population ever use. They seem to build for the sake of building, which raises commodity prices globally. It would be nice if those aren't raised just to keep China's economic woes at bay for a few quarters.

I agree it does look like America will go the way of Japan, a strong global economy with little growth, I don't think that will happen to China.

I don't want to comment on Q3 GDP or the American housing market in the short term.

I will say that the average Chinese citizen prefers real estate to stocks.

Chitlibs are retarded, they look at headline economic numbers out of context and because they are gullible idiots they absorb everything the mainstream media feeds them as gospel. As usual, they are just falling into the trap of believing a narrative that is pushed by a captured media which is no longer independent, and because they are retarded they never understand the real context of these figures.

Lets use one quick example, China.

Firstly, Western media is going nuts about the unemployment rate at the moment, but there are actually labor shortages in China. To the point they have been moving production facilities into neighbouring countries like Myanmar and Vietnam. What they have is a massive oversupply of highly educated kids with STEM degrees who dont want to do factory and production line work, after all who could blame them. However they have pumped out so many of these graduates that cant find work, and they are refusing to take the nasty menial jobs, so unemployment is high while they have a labor crisis. Imagine that, too many kids with degrees in STEM rather than gender studies homos and losers with arts degrees posting on Reddit all day.

Secondly, the reason why European and US imports are down has NOTHING to do with trade wars retarded lefty politicians are trying to take credit for. The fact is that consumer spending is down, consumer credit is up and inflation is smashing purchasing power. So obviously that has had an impact on the larger exporters, its not just China feeling the pinch.

Repeat after me

CHITLIBS ARE RETARDS WHO BELIEVE WHATEVER THE MEDIA TELLS THEM TO BELIEVE BECAUSE THEY ARE DUMB RETARDS. THEY ARE WORTHY OF NOTHING BUT YOUR CONTEMPT BECAUSE THEY ARE SO RETARDED.

So now we are giving credit to Biden for things that have always been? Those countries have been our allies for a long time, like 70 years plus. We have always been at China's doorstep. Don't forget even Vietnam is our ally. Despite the fact the Misc has had a flood of "golden bulls" and all the propaganda other places trying to show where they put LED lights on their buildings and showing a few places saying it's so great, that really isn't the case. It's like this BRICS thing trying to oppose the US dollar. The US dollar isn't close to being not used internationally. Countries that want to get behind the BRICS and dump the dollar are going to learn. I don't care if some countries are choosing china, they have all been loser countries that are just going to make their situation worst. If the world was a cafeteria in HS, they would be the looser/dork table. We are captain of the football team. Do you think the captain of the football team worries that the dork table has a new leader? About NATO. I understand alliances but really it should have ended after the USSR fell apart. NATO is the antagonist because it's literally founded to be against Russia. Russia hasn't been a threat economically or militaristically for decades. As far as COVID, be glad for Trump that there was anything left. One reason the US has done so well is we didn't close down that much. I honestly think that if Hillary was in she would have used it as a federal power grab and shut us down to the point we couldn't start back up.
