Wall St. Weighs the Effect of Weaker China and Stronger U.S.

Biden has almost crippled China and brought them to their knees. Their economy is in shambles, no jobs for young people, inflation through the roof.

Meanwhile Joe is creating a pacific NATO of Japan, SK, Philippines, and Australia.

So let's recap:
1. Joe has brought the US back from the disaster left by Trump. Strongest first world economy by every measure in the world
2. China is crippled economically
3. Joe is creating an alliance of allies right on China's doorstep
4. NATO unified and expanded with thousands of new miles bordering Russia

The US is the undisputed power in the world and it's not even close.

Amazing how Joe has saved the US from the wreckage left behind by the pathetic four years of Trump.

Thanks Joe!

Now show me on the chart when your orange master's $3.8T he spent in 2020 were spent.

Just so I can gauge your level of retardation. You believe the Biden's mere signing of a bill instantly caused inflation in the US?

And not the $3.8T that Trump spent THE VERY YEAR BEFORE.

That's how much of a moron you are? You think inflation is something that can just magically start from the signing of a bill and not all the free money from the years before?

So the Deep State is helping push further what Trump started with his push against Chy-na.

Most of China's economic woes of late are from its successes and failures. Building things just to build, with no intent on said things ever being used (high rises, EV graveyards, EV charging stations in the middle of nowhere that don't operate, countless shared bicycle graveyards with bikes stacked like giant hills, those Covid quarantine structures never used, etc) is a multi decade facade eventually leading to failures. So many "bridge to nowhere" building and manufacturing for artificial stimulus with non ROI.

It's been the world's factory because labor was cheap AF but wages have risen to where there's little to no advantage after shipping costs are included, let alone their hostilities. So companies are moving elsewhere. A lot of its seeds of economic woes right now began with the one child policy 40 years ago and are now bearing fruit. They'll never have as many prime working age adults as they had a few years ago. The US strengthening ties with regional allies in East Asia to contain China didn't start in 2021, it goes a further back than that of course, so OP is being delusional as usual.

The greatest wealth transfer in history occurred in recents years, while both parties were in charge. Just LOL at crowing about any accomplishment either party had. It's by design to run us all into the ground and they're making it look pretty while doing it. What's worse is people are falling for it.

I have to say, these people are very good at manipulation, so good the average person has little hope of finding the truth.

This is cover for China and the permanent government, they are trying to make it appear that China did not benefit from biological warfare and the deep state is trying to act like they are not friends with China.

China is being artificially depressed, at first it was to allow inflation to run high in America but now that America is about to enter a recession from inflation induced rate hikes, China will really reopen and begin to prepare for the fed cut cycle. China can't produce things if there is no one to sell them to, if the American consumer is under economic assault and the US enters recession then why would China ramp up production and who would these products go to? When the fed cuts rates with inflation above 2% the dollar will collapse and China will resume its monstrous growth.

China has also been squeezing their workforce for the last 3 years, they are making their workers desperate which means cheap and they keep playing with them pretending to reopen and then locking down again.

Why China’s Economy Faces a Perilous Road to RecoveryJan. 2, 2023
Three weeks after Xi Jinping, China’s top leader, tried to reinvigorate China’s stalled economy by abruptly abandoning his stringent pandemic restrictions, he struck an upbeat note in his annual New Year’s Eve address. “China’s economy has strong resilience, great potential and vitality,” he said.

But that optimism is hard to find in downtown Guangzhou, the commercial hub of southern China. Nearly three years of “zero Covid” measures have crushed businesses. Streets are lined with shuttered stores and workshops. Walls are plastered not with “help wanted” signs, but with notices from entrepreneurs putting their businesses up for sale. Roads and alleys once packed with migrant workers are now mostly empty.

China’s reversal of its Covid restrictions in early December was meant to help places like Guangzhou. But the chaotic approach has contributed to a tsunami of infections that has swept across the nation, overwhelming hospitals and funeral parlors. In many industries, truck drivers and other workers have quickly fallen ill, temporarily stretching staff and slowing operations.

Now, faced with an unpredictable — and uncontrolled — epidemic and financial uncertainty, people and companies are spending cautiously, suggesting that the road to recovery will be uneven and painful.

China is also confronting broader challenges beyond its borders. The global economy is slowing, dragged down by high inflation, an energy crisis and geopolitical turmoil. As American and European shoppers tighten their budgets,China increasingly faces a double blow of slumping demand both at home and abroad.

Weak spendingis further depressing the already razor-thin or nonexistent profit margins of many of the small private businesses that power China’s economy.

In Guangzhou, Tony Tang, the owner of a fifth-floor workshop that makes women’s clothing, said his sales had plunged by two-thirds in the past year. Competition among small factories in China and overseas is fierce, pushing down the wholesale price he can charge for a woman’s jacket with no brand name from $14 to $11.30 apiece.

Mr. Tang’s work force has shrunk from 30 to 10, but there is no shortage of labor. When he needed a worker to help sew an order of halter tops, he went out on a street corner with a handmade cardboard sign and hired one within several minutes, for one-sixth less than he paid about a year ago.

I don't know why you're posting an article from Jan 2nd. A lot has happened since then. Youth unemployment in China is at record highs. China isn't being artificially depressed. Large companies have been moving operations out of China and will continue doing so. China's been reopened since the end of last year and they're experiencing deflation right now, due to low demand both internationally and internally.

The first quarter of 2023 looked good after reopening but things have hit the crapper since. Exports have fallen drastically, to the US and Europe. Imports of raw materials to make finished goods have fallen substantially too. Demand just isn't there, internationally or domestically. This doesn't mean China is stuck in a doom loop forever, but they're in a recession now and it will take however long for them to dig themselves out. The US Fed will not cut rates for about another year unless the US has a definite recession, which if we do it won't start until the end of the year. By the time policymakers are aware and take any action it's months afterward. So at the soonest we're talking spring 2024 with the Fed cutting rates. Besides, you're tying Fed policy with what happens in China way too closely, seeing ghosts.

One of the things China's best known for is making electronics. During the pandemic Americans and Europeans bought a ton of electronics, so now the demand for them is low.

This doesn't mean China is fuked permanently, but it's a rough road in the near term. Real estate problems could really exacerbate their problems, especially since their are insane amounts of houses and apartments built that will never be lived in, and so much multi generational wealth is pooled to buy said empty properties.

That was the first article I found, I figured 2023 would be recent enough but here's one from a couple days ago:

Why China’s Reopening Isn’t Providing Enough Jobs for Its YoungAugust 15, 2023
High hopes were pinned on China’s reopening from the Covid-19 pandemic as a remedy for the country’s slowing economy. But while growth has rebounded somewhat, joblessness among young people has soared, a worrying development for a Communist Party obsessed about social stability and for the economy’s longer-term prospects. The youth unemployment rate has hit new highs this year — four times the national level — as millions of new graduates entered the labor market. While Beijing is trying to encourage public and private hiring, and an eventual economic recovery should create more jobs, underlying trends could keep youth unemployment relatively high for some time.

1. How bad is the problem?

The unemployment rate for 16- to 24-year-olds in China’s urban areas spiked at 21.3% in June, the third consecutive month above 20% and the highest level in official data going back to 2018. The government suspended the release of youth jobless data for the following month, saying it needed to iron out complexities in the numbers.Economists said the omission suggested the figures were particularly bad and officials were concerned about negative sentiment spreading through the country. Almost 12 million college graduates were expected to hit the job market this year, exacerbating the problem. In the US, the jobless rate for the 16-24 age group is just 8%, while in the euro zone, the jobless rate for people under 25 is 13.8%. In India, which has a similar sized population as China, the youth unemployment rate was estimated by the World Bank at 17.9% last year.

2. Why is China’s rate so high?

It’s a combination of cyclical factors — linked to the slowdown in the economy — and longer-term structural trends. Young people tend to dominate in jobs in services industries, like restaurants, and in retail — sectors that took a major hit during the pandemic when China used stringent controls like citywide lockdowns and quarantines to curb Covid infections. Economic growth slowed to 3% last year, the second-weakest pace in more than four decades. Beijing’s regulatory crackdown in the education, technology and property sectors also led to large-scale job losses in recent years, making those areas less viable options for young, ambitious job seekers. Beyond those drivers, unemployment is also rising because of changes in the population: China has more people graduating from universities now than ever before, andmany are reluctant to take on factory jobs with long hours and low pay. There’s also a mismatch between the skills that job seekers have and what businesses require. High-tech skills, in particular, are in short supply. Goldman Sachs Group Inc. also points to, for example, a 20% increase in the three years through 2021 for graduates in the category labeled “education and sport” in the official dataset, while hiring demand slumped for those fields.

Seems artificially depressed to me, these young people need to stop thinking they are Americans and get they ass back into the factory, I suggest they pick suicide net equipped employers.

You agree with me that demand isn't there and that the fed will cut rates with inflation above 2% but you say I'm seeing ghosts, this is coordinated, they already know.

I don't think China is permanently fuked, I think they will continue to rise and gain market share in global control, America might be fuked though.
