Didn't make it, no. Burritos in general are too low on the time/reward scale for me, though sometimes I imagine meal prepping a bunch of breakfast burritos that I could pop in the oven while I get ready in the mornings.

Salsa verde is the sauce. Just the right amount of kick too.

That's a good idea about the breakfast burritos. I'd rep if I wasn't red.


Every morning I prepare an omelette from 4 eggs and a slice of cheese, plus a rasher or two of bacon. It's a bit of a mess and a bitch to clean up afterwards. If I just made some breakfast burritos in advance I could pop them in the air fryer for 5-6 minutes and have a quick ready to go breakfast each morning with no cleaning.
