This. Pretty sure dentists are mostly a scam (like most medical professionals), especially if you just eat well

Been twice since then... and i think it was a waste of time. Dentist are scamers. Unless you have pain, don't go. Just use an electric brush and a waterpik and some mouthwash. Mix up some actual flossing here and there.

Let me tell you … seeing some of my friends younger than me in their 30’s wearing dentures is COOL AF! Doesn’t get more edgy than that!

Not brushing is retarded.

But to think of the 34 'cleanings' I've avoided in the last 17 years.... Wow.

What an insane waste of time & money I've avoided.

Not to mention all the add-ons the dentist would inevitably have discovered depending on his spending habits that month.

Well it's super-glued to my teeth so you can't take it out.

I'm surprised my enamel hasn't shed it off.

Maybe I actually do have turbo enamel.

you probably already have problem you just dont know it. I went about 5 years without and felt fine but when I finally started back up I needed 2 fillings, had to get my wisdom teeth removed because 2 had decay on the backs of them because I wasnt cleaning them properly, and I needed a crown. Finally all caught up and my mouth health and hygiene is much better. also got my teeth whitened which was a game changer.

Id highly recommend at the minimum go in and get a cleaning and have them put together a plan of what you need to get done and start to hack away at it over time because its probably gonna be more then you think and expensive.
