As long as the states remain in the Union, the fed couldn’t technically use the military. If states left the Union, the fed would then be able to use military force, even though it would be a war crime, since we weren’t provoking it.
Unfortunately, our government, especially the Democrat socialists, are war mongers and criminals, so…

I honestly think we are already at war though. The Climate Agenda is strong evidence of that. Shutting down the economy could be viewed as an act of war too, since it required the (lethal) force of the government. Turning the healthcare system against the people. Turning neighbors against each other. Finally, one of the first acts a dictatorship commits is shutting down freedom of speech, since it’s necessary for intelligence/information, objecting to the government, and how they commit tyrannical acts prevent anyone from knowing they are committing them.
Look how the CIA and KGB function, and it’s a pretty good idea of how modern war is fought; it’s done and over with before you even realize you’re at war.
One party system; Most Republicans are Democrats, but no Democrats are Republicans.
Hayek and Mises were right; they're all socialists.
