Arizona court finds voter fraud
This means Lake technically won the election.
https://www.westernjournal.com/elect...ching-process/
“While state law requires county recorders to match mail-ballot signatures with signatures in the voter’s ‘registration record,’ theSecretary instructed them to use a broader and less reliable universe of comparison signatures,” the group said in a Monday news release
Guess who the secretary was getting orders from; Hobbs
The obvious fraud was first identified from this event;
Kurt Olsen: “Approximately 274,000 ballots out of 1.3 million cast were compared and signature verified purportedly in less than 3 seconds a ballot. 70,000 in less than 2 seconds a ballot.”
This rate does not meet the signature verification standards set by Arizona law.
But but but most secure election! Voter fraud is rare!
Leftists know the crimes they committed, but deny deny deny...

evidence isn't actual evidence to Democrats when it doesn't fit the narrative

This isn't evidence of voter fraud tho.
This is evidence that signatures weren't looked at long enough. Not any mention that any of the signatures didn't match.

so this is fishy
1. “Seventy thousand [mail-in ballots] in less than 2 seconds a ballot,” Lake attorney Kurt Olsen said. “That’s not signature comparison in accordance with 16 ARS 550.”
But then the judge brings up this little gem.
no existing law.
2. A Maricopa County judge ruled against Lake in May saying the ***law does not specify how long a reviewer must take to verify signatures.***
So now what a runoff?

That's like saying the bullet was the murderer of a gunshot victim. The evidence leads to the crime, it is not the crime itself.
This Judge must be one of those "diversity hires".
Like the regime has been doing consistently, this was nothing more than buying more time for the Democrats. The lower courts in these cases are going to keep getting over turned because of how poorly they were ruled. The government never runs out of money though, so they are essentially forcing the plaintiffs to exhaust all of their resources fighting against their tyranny

so what are you expecting?
a runoff, appeals until the next election?

As long as the states remain in the Union, the fed couldn’t technically use the military. If states left the Union, the fed would then be able to use military force, even though it would be a war crime, since we weren’t provoking it.
Unfortunately, our government, especially the Democrat socialists, are war mongers and criminals, so…
