You will need to chip all the mortar off the stones with a hammer and chisel

Dig a solid foundation and put concrete (course aggregate, sand and cement) at the bottom in a trench 150mm deep

Rebuild with mortar (sand + cement)

Don't forget the drainage / weep holes
