Also buying a Xbox one X or PS5 on launch day yet don't even have a TV that will display the great enhancements properly.

Buying a $1000 guitar when you have not even learned a strum pattern or know a scale to practice.

Lots of things people do or buy just to have a sense of accomplishment

Butbthen again if said people have the extra money and it.males them happy who are we to second guess them.

I personally think hardwood looks the best assuming you take good care of it.

My condo has hardwood/tile/carpet and I can't stand the tile in the bathrooms/kitchen. Ignoring that it makes your feet cold, it always looks dirty and doesn't feel good on the feet. Carpet just looks basic as fuk. I'll probably upgrade the entire place to hardwood in the next year.

I personally like porcelain tile that looks like wood:

Two sides of the same coin, my friend. Like smoking an expensive cigarette through a fancy little holder. Its still low-class & scummy. Regardless of how much money you pour into it. Doesn't matter how you spin it. Hardwood floors are low-class. They're intended for the filthy & slovenly. This has been well established.

Yeah, cheap landlords typically use them to save money.

A lot of low class people get a little money and basically gauge their own personal self worthiness off of it where they will be rude and snotty to who they feel they can. It's all about how you carry yourself.
