It isn't a weather thing per se, but more a mirror and take stock of where i am and the current goals situation.
I observe fluid retention in extreme heat and a more cut look in the fall.
So i change what i do based on what i see or want to improve.
I think of us as clay that gets reshaped with each goal.

Tbh I've been trying to lose 5 lbs for 2 months now, have gained 3.5. So now the goal is 5-10 lbs. My dietary discipline has been dogchit.

It's finally going to cool down to 101F degrees next week! Time for that winter coat!
I'm not blessed with riches, but I am rich with blessings.

it seems that the perfect balance is required at all times of sodium potassium and magnesium
great topic btw!

Already started upping the calories again. No need to be shredded in the winter. Looking forward to eating good again and lifting heavier than during the cut.

My training goals don't typically change as I'm just maintaining at this point in my life. This winter will be different though as I'm having knee surg in a couple weeks. Seems like it'll be minor, won't even need a brace. Not sure how long the recovery will actually be. Once I'm recovered I'll be hitting more cardio than normal to get ready for lots of hiking at Glacier National Park next year.
