IIRC every officer who worked that building, medical staff, and all of their supervisors up to the associate warden (or maybe just captain) got fired and were civilly liable. No one arrested.

As a C/O we really don't have to do much, but some people fck it up all the same; make sure no one dies or escapes is pretty much the #1... Or that they don't die in a way that's our fault at least, and that we catch the body in a timely manner...
