It's coming to a stage where vigilante justice will become common in parts of the USA. This, particularly, wherever the citizen protector concept arises (sharp increase in gun ownership alongside the decline of local law enforcement).
We're seeing 'decline' at an accelerated pace in parts of the USA. This, in part, because of China and Russia's attempts to destabilize the USA through their 'influence'.
Folks like this teen should have been encountered and savagely taught a sharp lesson. It'll ensure they never relapse again, whereas decades in jail will just make this idiot kid a hardened criminal.

I dont get these people just aimlessly walking around in places full of obviously dangerous people. Not blaming them for getting attacking but you have to be aware of who is around you.
