Big problem in this country is the courts are backlogged so what happens is these punks do this, and can plea out too easily, so they are back on the street in no time which makes others think they can do it. Stop giving them bail for violent crimes, no bond. That way they can't come home and get their props and admiration or encourage others to do the same between then and the court date. When they see their friends just disappear after doing this, it will slow it down.

Make a law where anyone who harms someone in an online challenge they get 10 years served minimum.

3rd violent crime conviction in a lifetime is automatic death penalty, no appeals.

Death penalty would depend on the circumstances but a repeat violent offender needs to be locked away for life without question
