This is correct, but the cop could still harass you if he is an *******.

When there used to be checkpoints over here, I always (100%) got pulled to the side and had drug dogs sniff around the vehicle. Telling me I might need a breathalyzer, etc.etc. Then I get let go lol

With that as my experience, I am afraid of being pulled over. Since cops seem to like to hassle me if they ever come in contact. Imagine I'm leaving the state when I move, and I get arrested on the border of CA and AZ just because a stray liberal cop has a power trip.
