Weighted ab work.

The reason your abs don't pop is because they're not built up enough.

Heavy weight = bigger abs = deeper striations.

Yea some ab work will help, but most of those IG guys get that look because of steroids.

I do situps on a roman chair.

Started with no weight, then holding a plate to my chest, then hold it behind my head.

Eventually the next progression is holding the weight overhead but I'm not strong enough to do that yet.

Moving the weight further away from the midsection makes for more tension.
