Add one more pick up game a week. More wrist rotation when using the switch.

You look good, what’s the point unless you’re competing.

What exercises do you do for them?

One thing I’ve noticed over the years is the guys who have really sick abs, like to the point where it’s their defining trait, would legit be training em 3-5x a week with intensity and variety

I don’t do anything for them…i bought into the lie that compound movements train them, so i was douped.

they look respectable, but even when i was 10%BF they werent protruding through as i expected. ill try spamming them and see if they grow

Even though you're lean it's still a bodyfat issue. You're holding more fat in your ab area. It's going to be the last place that leans out. You would need to drop even more in that area to obtain what you're looking for.

You look great, nice work!

511 174lbs, I just started lifting again just over a month ago after a long hiatus.

Bench is probably 225x10 right now, maybe slightly more. I just inclined 225x5 today, squat is 3 plates for low reps, im weak as piss but I’m working on it

Yes, you're leaner here so you can see the difference. If you're looking to add a bit more thickness throw in some ab wheel work.

In my broscience opinion, I kind of suspect that abs are mostly genetic and that doing a bunch of ab work will have a pretty marginal benefit, at best.

I could be a moron who has no clue what I'm talking about though.
