Try it Bros.
Got any tips like this? I'm kinda addicted to this correctional movements now that I'm old AF and dislocate body parts trying to scratch my balls
Edit: this is hard correcting spelling and chit on my phone. I'm use to using my PC

Also
BP-157 peptide, get it and inject around the injured area. It's a miracle how it fixes pain and injuries.

I started dead hanging too. That and this TENS unit seem to be helping.

Also, you should only be doing these if your back is stable. To test, get your your tippy toes then let your weight bring yopur heals down. If that hurts, then deadhangingWILLaggravate it

I also bought a cable machine and do all sorts of shpulder stabilizing stuff with it and things are finally improving after almost a year which includes physio.
All my cable work is being dont with 2 separate handles to ensure there is no compensating for the other side.
Think of this as your bare minimum routine but watch a bunch of squat university stuff to build on it. And don't forget to train your serratus too.
Edit: won't embed but whatever, just search exercises and build yourself a complete routine.
