Been deadhangning (30s min) for 1.5 weeks
My shoilderfeela lot better. They feel healthier. More stable (my right shoulder has an instability issue I'm working on).
I imprinted the chit out of that shoilder in 2019. Still hurts to deadhang if I'm not totally relaxed.
Try it Bros.
Got any tips like this? I'm kinda addicted to this correctional movements now that I'm old AF and dislocate body parts trying to scratch my balls
Edit: this is hard correcting spelling and chit on my phone. I'm use to using my PC

do inverted hangs too, just be safe and don't die (srs)
deadhangs are the #1 thing to do for lifters who are having shoulder pain that wasn't caused by some kind of sudden injury. We end up with imbalances and tight muscles, which pulls our natural shoulder movements out of alignment.
I do 60 second hangs for 5-10 sets 3 times a week. Legit helped me far more than seeing a physical therapist, who always believe we just have weak stabilizer muscles(hint: we don't).

Awesome dude. Deadhanging is great for shoulder injuries. Start with your feet on the ground if you must.

I do one armed dead hangs sometimes. I'm happy with the results. It made human flags much easier. One armed handstands work well for that too

I had previously assumed that something like that wouldn't help me since I do a lot of pull-ups and chin-ups, but I guess the shoulder has to be relaxed?

Left shoulder been hurting for several months whenever I use left arm. Stopped lifting but the resting hasn't helped. Doctor told me it's just bicep tendonitis and recommended physical therapy but I haven't done anything yet. Any advice misc brethren?

All my cable work is being dont with 2 separate handles to ensure there is no compensating for the other side.
Think of this as your bare minimum routine but watch a bunch of squat university stuff to build on it. And don't forget to train your serratus too.
Edit: won't embed but whatever, just search exercises and build yourself a complete routine.
