Today is day 2 and the final day of my water fast, but tomorrow i'm going to destroy a 10 egg omelette in the morning (with all the fixings) and an entire pot of some brisket chili with garlic bread made from Hawaiian sweet rolls for lunch.

Oh that sounds really good. I'll have to check out some recipes. I edited my post you can also use heavy whipping cream for cream/chowder soups. Higher in fat, but barely any lactose. Another great option for anyone with lactose issues.
