Season 2 definitely seems worse than season 1 so far. I think I'm one or two episodes behind the release schedule so I'm hoping the next ones will pick up the pace a bit.

I tend towards being highly critical concerning movies/TV but if I soften that I’m inclined to agree season 1 was… okay. Somewhat pains me to say it but you’re right that it wasn’t truly terrible. Highly forgettable though.

I cancelled my Prime the other day so fuk Season 2 anyway.

For me so far it's been the major things that just wouldn't happen. Last episode was them transporting 650 weapons in a truck with one driver and no security at all. Plus, the road they ended up on had two trucks blocking it for at least fifteen minutes with no cars coming along?

Then this most recent one they have two cars driving through NYC at night with one shooting automatic weapons and there are no other cars around at all. Ridiculous.

My favorite dumb moment was when they are at the funeral, and the soldiers are doing the 21 gun salute so you have 7 armed dudes with rifles, and the sniper opens fire, but then everyone scatters, and it's just Reacher and his team shooting back. Why on Earth wouldn't 7 soldiers with rifles help? I couldn't stop laughing at that scene. Also, the hitman was some punk. If you're sending a fkn sniper, you'd think he'd be a seasoned killer lmfao.

Lol'd hard at this part too. It was so fuking stupid, a pro like Reacher should not make those amateur mistakes. Whatever happened to the super smart capable Reacher in season 1? This season has been much weaker which is such a shame. Also don't even get me started on how obvious they made it that the cop guy was gonna die before he took the girl. You just knew it was gonna happen and I'm so tired of shows that make it obvious when they have a touching moment with the protag before they die.

Streaming services are moving towards basically being cable.. because they are all struggling (except Netflix)

Forced Ads (or you will have to pay a small fortune not to get them/this has already started)

Weekly content.. because they realize discourse/hype dies out VERY quickly if a show is released in one go and it retains subs better then binge content
