Yes megadosing fish oil works for me
Don't just take the recommended amount you want about 2 grams total of EPA/DHA daily and every oil seems to have a different concentration

Collagen absolutely does work. But generous amounts, and correct type are needed. Type 2 for bone stuff, types 1 and 3 for skin quality.
Joint supplements are more effective for joints thou, they must contain glucosamine, chondroitin, msm, and as much of other stuff as possible such as joint fluid, Boswelia and so on.
Turmeric also works, as do fish oil supplements. Magnesium and vitamin D also.
Be careful of the Layne Nortons of the world, people who are ideologically dug in and their shtick is “nothing works and I call BS on everything because I’m so smart and addicted to scientism”. They reject things that one can literally see and feel just because authority didn’t approve of it yet.
All that being said, diet and exercise will be much more effective. You need to stop doing and eating things that cause your joints to ache. And you must stretch.

As far as ice baths, it’s rather painful and annoying, cryo therapy these days is a better alternative.

HGH also helps joints. Just be aware you are burning the wick (your lifespan) at both ends. More or less causing your body to rejuvenate faster than it should as you age. So when you hit 70 you are out of sauce

Right now I'm taking KrillMD, but I'm waiting for LYSOVETA to drop around mid-2024. Sh!t is gonna be the TRUTH.
All of our Omega3 fish oils and Krill oils do not get transported to the brain. Only certain types of fatty fish have the right carriers for Brain DHA, and they should be eaten RAW.
I've been shooting Lumpfish Roe and Salmon Roe to get dat dere Brain-DHA, while I take the Krill Oil as well.
But now with Lysoveta, it shows scientific promise that we can get Brain-DHA from a pill.
https://www.nutritioninsight.com/new...ale-in-us.html
I'm still going to snort Lumpfish Roe on occasion (Romanoff brand is wild caught), but I have to douse that ch!t with tomato sauce cause I can't stand the briney taste (its less fishy and cheaper than Salmon Roe tho). I'm going to be happy to supplement with Lysoveta when it comes out, cause I don't care about the joint health, or the cardiovascular benefits of Omega3.
I want dem Brain Gainz.

best things for joints that I've found is hot and cold therapy, 20-30 minutes in a hot shower, followed by freezing water or a pool, and repeat for hours, you're body will feel amazing

No, but I gave our last dog these treats when she was about 11 years old. She turned into a brand new dog. She had started to become super sluggish when she woke up, and after the treats she would run around like a puppy again.
Will definitely be giving our new dogs them when they get a bit older.
