Democracy has no accountability because no one individual is in charge of any decision. All decisions are made by the "majority" which allows things to happen without anyone having to risk taking all the blame when it goes wrong. This leads to the worst type of people running for office, because they want to enrich themselves without having to face any consequences. The worst people in the country are leading the democratic government because it appeals to those without honor or integrity.

The USA is a clown show today with cities that look like scenes out of horror movies. Who is responsible for that? Which politicians caused it, and what were their consequences? Many of them weren't even voted out LOL.

Democracy is the favored form of government by the corrupt elite not because they believe in freedom or equality, but because they know it's the best way to have a totalitarian society while making the people believe they're free. Stupid people think their right to vote means anything and that they have freedom. They do not. Their opinions don't matter, and it shouldn't matter either.

Unfortunately stupid people will always be the majority, which invalidates democracy as a serious form of government.
What accountability did Hitler take?

Bad compared to whom? Bush? Obama? Haha, no.

Bush and Obama began and perpetuated/expanded, respectively, wars in the Middle East which have resulted in, at the VERY least, hundreds of thousands of dead innocents, and thousands of dead US soldiers. They’ve ordered drone strikes on civilians and other extrajudicial killings. They have overthrown governments, sovereign nations.

Anyone who thinks someone like Saddam was in any way worse of a person than the people who control our country, is a fukin RUBE.

Not really. Example... Pfizer slips Joe Biden and Fauci some money and there is a push to use OSHA to enforce COVID vaccine mandates. Another would be someone like Nikki Haley was on the board for Boeing (the company that makes aircraft, biggest sales are for military use) and she is already pushing for war in Russia, Iran, and potentially China. Companies like black rock established esg scores and also is one of the biggest funders of the democratic party, and they push wokeness. It's actually pretty simple. Politics is pay to play bro.

Brah politics have a very specific job description. One can launder and inside trade without holding a political seat. And like I said, when people go in politics they do it for a good reason.

Who cares. us flexed its muscle and killed off a dictator we hate. deal with it. have issues with it, then try and became your own global superpower (srs)

issue is that they didnt just pack up and leave after capturing saddam. should have let those low iq savages in iraq deal with it. totally disagree with the "you break it you buy it" approach USA has towards foreign policy.

Yeah, Saddam was a bad dude. He might have been fun to drink a beer with, but by the time you get to ethnic cleansing with nerve gas and mass murders of religious opponents, you're a bad dude.

In a realpolitik-ish sense, he kept an absolute BS artificial construct of a nation together and stable, and served as a counterweight to other folks we didn't like in Iran. I really don't know why we removed him. It's not like the Iraqis did 9/11...

Most likely true. But he did it to political opponents mostly. But that's just the way it is over there. Different forms of punishment. You can't expect a white parent to share the same child raising values as a black or Mexican family.

Again, they only did that on a small scale. If they abused their powers, they'd get overthrown by the people. But this is just one excuse to topple their regime.

Regardless if any of this is true or not, how much credibility does the United States have at this point? Look at the final death tolls. Iraq would have been way better off if we'd never "freed" them or went looking for WMDs. And now Hamas bakes Israeli babies and we're supposed to overlook the death tolls the "good guys" are inflicting on a group of people. Despicable.

Define "bad dude". Every great world leader was a murderer. What matters is what they murdered for. Was Stalin a bad dude? Saddam was an Islamic socialist. What he did was not exactly fair. He carried out some ethnic purging and repression. But he also sought to improve the conditions for his people. He was cruel, corrupt, and tyrannical. It is too early to tell if Iraq will be better off without him.

You ever notice countries like the USA are building walls to keep people out? While ones like the USSR and North Korea build walls to keep people in? Why do you think that is?
This is complete and utter horsechit. Many capitalist countries caused famines too. Look up what Britain did in India, for example. Churchill isn't labeled genocidal yet Stalin is. Stalin tried to prevent the famine. The entire Holodomor story is largely cold war era bullshyt designed to malign him. There was a devastating famine in Ukraine, and they recovered. The ones who suffered most were the communist regions of Ukraine. And after the reforms, there was never another famine. If Stalin's intent were genocide, he would have punished Western Ukrainians more harshly since that was where a lot of the resistance by the Kulaks came from. And Mao freed the slaves and did a ton for his country. People don't understand Chinese revere Mao the way Americans revere Lincoln. And while neither were perfect, they are seen as heroes for their achievements.

Socialist states try to keep people in because America bribes and brain drains their resources. They spend effort educating and preparing people from cradle to grave only to lose them to greedy scum. They also prevent capital flight from the bourgeoisie. Socialists can and should execute cowards and traitors who flee and betray the mission.

I would argue the US did benefit from the war from a purely ruthless nationalist view. While it was an unjust war, the US strategically benefits from influence over Iraq, both for their resources and to threaten Iran.

US foreign policy makes much more sense if you understand they are trying to play a game of Risk.

Seems like the only way to stabilize a Middle Eastern country is with the iron fist and killing A LOT of people. Or now with at least the threat of doing so. Bad dude? Yes. Did he stabilize his country through Bolshevik like fear? Yes. Relative stability over stone age believers achieved, with huge downside. It's a damn shame the ME has so much oil. Otherwise the rest of the world could sit back and watch them kill each other for another 1000 years and give no fuks.

Then again, the fake countries decided after the dissolvement of the Ottoman Empire was a huge blunder. Should have let it happen organically (very different borders) but the masters of the universe and their descendants still with us today had to carve it up like a Turducken at Thanksgiving dinner. Again, bad dude? Hell yes, in the Marxist tradition.
