The valley in ca. used to be in bay area. It’s slightly higher than usual. Not working towards another career but the restaurant I work at has extreme potential to grow.

Always thought this was a super difficult job and people always make servers seem broke but I'm a pretty generous tipper...to a fault, so kinda realized you guys get paid pretty decent. Just sucks about the stigma, like a different poster said no one really seems to think much of servers. How do girls respond when you tell them you're a server? How many of your co-workers do you get to smash? (male or female)Is it hard to remember people's orders/drinks etc?
