Is olive oil a good fatty source?Yes, adequate hydration and vitamin/antioxidant intake helps a lot. Lots of fruit/veg. Get solid fat intake from natty sources as well. Stay away from procssessed foods and mass consumption of sugar. All of that will help your skin masively, and obviously going to help everywhere else as well
