Raw dairy is interesting, babies who drink raw breast milk are known for great skin. Nobody questions this one, but somehow we don’t apply this to adults. Same with raw meat, dog and cat owners who show their pets at competitions, know the trick, they feed their pet raw meat for better fur, teeth, and less shedding, and better smell. But somehow we don’t do it ourselves. Are we not animals?
I seen those collagen peptides at my Costco, might look into it.

Yes, adequate hydration and vitamin/antioxidant intake helps a lot. Lots of fruit/veg. Get solid fat intake from natty sources as well. Stay away from procssessed foods and mass consumption of sugar. All of that will help your skin masively, and obviously going to help everywhere else as well
Is olive oil a good fatty source?
