Trump fathered a gigachad at 60 years old. But it's harder the older you get.

Whenever you have one, there are tradeoffs, so you just find what works for you.

If I'd had a kid in my 20s or most of my 30s, I don't think it would have gone as well as it is going for me in my 40s. I have the time, the patience and the money to be the kind of dad I want to be. I didn't want to be pushing a kid on the swings or feeding the ducks back then; I wanted to conquer the world.

We arrange WFH so that we look after her ourselves, instead of getting a nanny. 10 years ago, that wouldn't have worked so well.

Maybe its selfish, but if I got a sloot pregnant in my 20s, it would have killed all the hobbies I enjoy so much (HPDEs, Sports) also doing what I want, whenever I want. I am in my late 20s now and have a dog and I think even that is a lot of responsibility. You can't just stick a baby in a cage and go out.

When you 'feel too old'.

Anyone on this forum should have a fairly active lifestyle. I'm in my early 40s and we are talking about having a second child. Our beautiful baby is just over 7 months old now.

I'll soon be carrying her on my back for long hikes. Important to keep in shape, even if leading a blessed existence srs.

You're welcome to think so, and weed yourself out of the gene pool. Quite a few Miscers seem happy to do so.

But that doesn't make you qualified to give life advice to others. Just saying.

Had my first child right after I turned 37, planning on at least 3 more. My wife was 24 at the time so she's still in her childbearing prime.

30 for sloot, 40 for dude.

Honestly who wants to be 60yo when your crotch fruit is getting out of high-school?

You will be the weird old couple at the kids sporting events.

It was unusual in the baby boomer era, it'll probably be significantly more common 15 years from now

People need to have more kids, if it's gonna be later then so be it

All natty. She came off birth control, we had one miscarriage and then a healthy baby girl after 2 years. A lot of women don't conceive or carry to term for a while after coming off long term birth control. The doc said her age didn't really factor in to it, as many women in their 20s have similar experiences.

In the UK, more children are being born to women over 40 than under 20. It's hardly common, but some women conceive naturally in to their 50s.

Plenty of years to have children, shouldn't even be on your radar.

What you're running out of time for is finding a woman you actually want to spend enough years with to raise children.

Lmao at anyone who marries (or heaven forbid, impregnates) a woman they've known less than 5 years and have never lived with. Lmao just lmao.

The two hardest things for me have been the lack of sleep and not being able to work out whenever and for however long I want.
But it's easier because you should have money in your mid 30s to pay for nannies, people to clean your house for you, etc.

I dropped from working 80 hours a week to 40 when we had a kid and we bought a new, kid friendly house whilst my wife was pregnant. We pretty much rearranged how our lives worked to suit having a kid.

I appreciate that not everybody is going to be able to do something like that, but being older does give more flexibility.

The cut-off point to find a high quality Western woman is probably in the mid 20s. Beyond that you get the leftovers who are bitter, come with baggage and are worn out from the cawk carousel.

Any Western man with half a brain should consider doing the Passport Bro thing and finding a nice traditional younger model overseas. With age, I don't think this is an issue even in your 60s srs.

don't know about living with but probably should know her close to 5 years considering the amount of crazies out there. 10% of women seem worthy of impregnating but after knowing them 3-4+ years maybe closer to 1-2%. at least after that time you can somewhat know if you can deal with her amount of crazy.
