Who gets into a physical confrontation and their first thought is how do I roll about with this guy on the floor preferably with my face in his sweaty crotch?

Jon jones comes from a line of athletes and look how dominant he is.

If colleges gave scholarships for mma you’d see some real fighters

MMA fighters go to boxing because if a straight up boxer fought an MMA fighter 3 weight classes down from them they would still get worked in thr 1st round

every top level MMA guy secretly wishes to be a top boxer. Am I making this chit up, or is there a history of this? Let's find out.

Who did Anderson Silva call out when he was the P4P number 1 in MMA? That's right, he called out Roy Jones for a boxing match.

Who did Conor Mcgregor call out when he was the number 1 cash cow in MMA? He called out Floyd Mayweather.

Who did Kamaru Usman call out when he was WW champ and P4P number 1? He called out Canelo Alvarez.

Which sport did Ngannou want to pursue and who did he call out when he was the most feared and HW Champ in the UFC? He wanted to box Tyson Fury/AJ/Wilder.

MMA fans are insufferable kunts with a weird chip on their shoulder. Every time there's a big MMA guy, it's not enough for him to be the best at MMA. No. He HAS to feel this need to prove himself against a boxer.

It's never the other way around. Boxers never call out MMA bums. This whole beef with boxing vs MMA is completely one sided by the MMA bums. If anything, boxers have historically been humble and always give respect to the MMA bums, undeservingly so.

The MMA f4gg0ts are the ones always talking chit about how boxers aren't real fighters, how boxing isn't real fighting, and how boxing is for poosies. It's textbook napoleon complex.

AJ is an olympic hold medalist & been a top 5 HW boxer in the world for the last 10 years i believe.

MMA didnt Get «exposed» by Francis getting brutally KO’d by a top level boxer.
Different sports.

The fact that Francis did so well against Fury is truly amazing.
I dont know how that even happened.
Imagine a MMA fighter without a wrestling background beating the best wrestler in the world & former olympic champ in a wrestling match.

Basketball and soccer could survive with some rule changes. Everything else would need to be so mutated that it would basically not exist in its current form. Some of those sports could still probably exist as videogames if the tech got better. I could see a future humanity where people virtually box without any of the pain and negatives.

Like I said, you only think Ngannou did well vs Fury because you don't understand the fight game.

The fight looked closer to the untrained eyes because they fail to understand that the element of surprise is a huge factor in determining a fight and how it plays out.

Ngannou, just like Mcgregor, both looked good (relatively) in their first boxing match because of two factors: surprise, and styles.

Neither Fury or Mayweather were big punchers, nor were they aggressive stalkers. This is just about the best stylistic match up as you're going to get for an MMA guy stepping into boxing for the first time.

I can guarantee you Mayweather and Fury beat both Mcgregor and Ngannou more convincingly and brutally if they were to ever fight again, for the 3rd, 4th, 5th, etc., etc., it only gets worse for the MMA guys once the boxers adapt.

Once there's tapes of you boxing out there, you're done. The element of surprise is gone. All your bad habits, all your technical flaws, all your good and bad qualities will be out in the open to get studied and dissected.

AJ vs Ngannou shows you what happens when the MMA guy chooses the wrong stylistic match up. The boxer/puncher hybrid will fkn destroy anybody who doesn't belong with the in the ring. There's no chance for the MMA noobie to make it look "close" or "competitive".

Mcgregor looked good vs Mayweather because Mayweather can't hurt him. Mcgregor in the ring with Triple G or Canelo gets fkn KO'd in under 2 just like Ngannou. Styles make fight.

MMA fighters know they will get their 💩 pushed in when stepping into to a boxing ring.

But the guy made $20m for getting knocked out in 2 rounds.

Theres money in mma…it just doesn’t go to the fighters.

Of course Ngannou would beat AJ in an MMA match. AJ has never trained MMA in his entire life. He's dedicated his whole life to boxing, a sport which pays 20 to 50 million, and even 100 million A FIGHT.

Why on Earth do MMA guys continue to brag about how MMA guys would beat them in a "real fight"? It's such an embarrassing and meathead form of cope. It's completely illogical. Why do you hold it against boxers for not training in MMA, a sport they had no interest in and/or will never pay them the same amount?

The logical, rational, and sane argument should be:

"given the same amount of time and dedication to training MMA, would AJ (and top tier boxers in general) beat an MMA champion at MMA?"

And, of course, the only logically consistent answer to that question is HIGHLY LIKELY. Why? Because given that we know boxing has factually a far deeper talent pool, the athletes that can excel to the top level of boxing, would only logically and consistently also excel at MMA, a sport that is 95% similar to it.

If Francis Ngannou, in only 3-5(?) years of training MMA is able to become champion, why on Earth wouldn't a genetic freak like AJ, Tyson Fury, Deontay Wilder, be able to achieve the same, if not MORE, given the same amount of time and dedication to the sport of MMA? But, as it is, they have absolutely zero reason to, given that they can make literally 50x more money in boxing vs MMA.

MMA guys have been wrong every step of the way these past 10 years on their misplace superiority complex. Their biggest cope they cling on to is this romanticized idea that they are the only ones capable of "real fighting" and that no other combat athletes from any other sport can somehow learn this mythical "real fighting" art.

MMA guys always brag about being well rounded, but what good is "well rounded" when you realize that a Youtuber (Paul) has superior boxing to an MMA champion (Woodley, Askren, Anderson Silva)? If the boxing in MMA is that bad, then one has to ask, what other aspect of their game is also that bad?

Well roundedness means absolutely nothing if you're absolute below average at every aspect of MMA.

Absolute genetic abominations like Tim Sylvia, Roy Nelson, Derrick Lewis, Sean Strickland, Stipe Miocic, Rich Franklin, Chuck Liddell, can become world class MMA champion. Yet we are led to believe by MMA fanboys that there's no way a prime Mike Tyson, Roy Jones, Manny Pacquaio, Marvin Hagler, etc/, etc., wouldn't have absolutely conquered the world of MMA had they started with MMA as a kid, or MMA had been popular at the time.
Pretty big pile of cope for why one man is better than the other, despite the latter being able to effortlessly snuff out the formers lights.

Boxing is far superior to mma. We learned that boxers always dominate going back to UFC 1 with Art 'one glove' Jimmerson when he fought a guy in pajamas. Know your history.

But on a more serious note, in a street situation better to be a boxer who knows enough about wrestling to avoid the takedown or sweep if on the ground.
