The filing Trump did was an attempt to get a stay on having to secure a bond- a move which any decent legal team should attempt.

If you read the filing they did a days ago - it notes being impossible to get a bond of time because they would only back them with liquid or marketable assets. (Not the real estate assets)

At the time of the filing it was true.

This Friday after lunch - if he so chooses to use - he will have enough marketable assets.

He can't sell within 6 months without board approval- but at the time he will control board- and can approve the sell- or the agreement of leveraging the asset for bond.

I kinda like the idea of letting her just seize the New York assets- they are a nuisance to him now anyway, and the visual would secure him the campaign.
We'll see if this all plays out the way you think it will.

But lol at claiming this is some kind of victory for him if "chooses not to" and she seizes his properties.

It’s not that. We could grab someone off the street in 5 minutes that the “deep state” wouldn’t want. You wouldn’t want to vote for them though.

When all this ends - even if he's wins appeal , he's gonna need to sell everything in New York anyway. He can't leave himself exposed to doing business there anymore.

Keep in mind, Sam Bankman-Fredman ran a scam in the literal billions and his bond was set half of what Trump got hit with.

The difference?

Sam was donating to democrats.

Even if you don't like Trump for whatever reason, this is totally insane what they are doing to this person.

There are rules and then there aren't rules, if someone doesn't like you.

We are living in a tyranny. That’s what “tyranny” means: there is no established rule of law, the government just does whatever it wants. “Tyranny” doesn’t mean “authoritarianism” or "dictatorship" as those systems tend to have rules that are strictly followed.

A tyranny is a lawless government which acts with total impunity. In case you havn't figured it out yet America is as much of a 3rd world ****hole as any other 3rd world ****hole. This is what happens when you have jews steering your nation. I hope Trump wisens up through this, If anything i know there are millions of Americans watching this and learning about these people.

Exposed? You mean violating the law when he does business there?

Edit: Pretty sure he and his sons can't do business there for years anyway.

Source?

If Bezos kept only 1% of his wealth in cash it would still be well over a billion dollars.
