This is hilarious. As an attorneybrah, there are already so many complete morons practicing law... why not let a ton of even more moronic people into the profession?

But I bet they still require hairdressers to pass some class or exam and pay for a certificate.

Yup...we got airlines starting to fancy diversity hires for their pilots (what could possibly go wrong there). No bar exams to be a lawyer...what's next? We going to start handing out positions for doctors to non qualified people?

I know what the real reason is and we all do.

It's just going to be one of those things were you'll have to do more research on who you hire and you won't be able to just assume they are qualified.

They will end up working as public defenders.

Oregon in November adopted an apprenticeship pathway for law school graduates, joining Wisconsin and New Hampshire, which have for years offered law graduates a way to become licensed without taking the bar exam.

High courts in California, Minnesota and Utah are currently considering proposals to license attorneys without the bar exam, while Nevada and South Dakota are among the states developing such proposals.

A timeline has yet to be set for the change. So far, Washington is only the second state to officially approve alternatives to the bar, following Oregon, which is set to implement the change in May, according to the Administrative Office of the Courts.
to be true, who else, apart from the state, is going to take lawyers on an apprenticeship program in any meaningful numbers?
Screw nature; my body will do what I DAMN WELL tell it to do!

We need to lower test scores because minorities are too stupid to pass the tests that currently exist.

Apparently clown world hasn't peaked yet

Well, to be honest, ever since Indian Kamala passed things have been going downhill. If you smiled the amount of weed she has and you have had as many trains run on you as she has then qualifications are not really needed
