How are there huge markets now for all of this stuff? There's probably millions of ig personal trainers and influencers now training people and selling stuff.

They could spend a year or more going through trial and error and researching the way you likely did, or accelerate that and focus on the execution, and spend $20/month.

If you truly want to lose weight, buy Craig Doucette's cookbook, and Turkesterone.

I’ll like an app where I can track everÿthing in one place and not have to bookmark and look all over. It’s 19.99 a month so it isn’t too expensive.

Could have had a crew of overseas Indian personal assistants responding. That way you can take on as many clients as possible.

the top "influencers" outsource people from cheap places for them to do all the work while they are laying on the coach watching the money roll in
DevinPhysique did that but instead of hiring an indian he used some chick he knew and got cancelled from it

It’s not that hard to gain mass lol. Eat good, be consistent. I made crazy gains in the gym when I’m consistent and eating good. I didn’t have to do a fancy routine, just PPL every day and switching things up occasionally
It’s really that simple

I've thought about it, for cutting. If you fell off the wagon and had to check in I think that would help you stay on track. Never pulled the trigger though. I'd definitely go with an RP coach or someone science based like Lyle Mcdonald, hiring a random instragramer is indeed retarded. But yeah, if you know the basics there's not much a coach can do besides give you some accountability.

Some people absolutely NEED them for accountability & motivation, OP.
I know people who had coaches & got great results, but legitimately needed to pay to be held accountable. As long as they know what they’re paying for, which they did, it seems fine to me.

I’ve always worked out, but consistency was the problem. Now I have someone who kicks my ass 4x per week in the gym and finally reaching places I haven’t.

most coaches are fking garbage and just want your money
so while they are paying $300/month for "accountability" all they get is some half assed emails with no daily communication
I know guys that compete who have paid thousands of dollars on top coaches just for them to barely say anything or even care that they are working together
i agree a good coach who cares can be worth the money

The forum part I got Indian-like responses but then she did send tailored responses for the upper-body workouts and extreme bloating.
What I gather is she has bots or Indians sending generic motivational posts and then if it's complicated they escalate the posts to her. I've seen this in the business world when people have a generic email address for a department.
