Strip casinos have all tightened and moved to a ticket or green light system. It's not as easy to play a few hands when the bartender is looking and get free drinks. Of course I blast through money like a tard so I don't have that issue but something to keep in mind. Places like Casino Royale, Ellis Island, Stage Door, etc will be looser. Or go downtown or to the places locals hang out. My advice would be Cromwell because their low end booze is still decent enough to where you won't hate yourself the next day. Still have to gamble consistently enough to keep the green light on.

For those that want free drinks gambling on the floor the big casinos have also cut back on servers so it takes forever to get a drink. You'll lose way more than it would've cost to just buy it. The smaller ones are good service usually, But personally I never get drinks on the floor anymore. If I want to drink a bit I'll go to the bartops.

How are we supposed to know whats enough? Completely depends on how much you gamble. I have friends that play $5 a hand and friends that play $40k a hand. Is it enough to have a good time/ Of course. But to be a whale? Not even close.

Just out of curiosity. Why even go to Vegas then? Dont gamble much. Ate pizza in Residence inn. What did you do for actual fun that was different then what you could do on your porch? Not hating.....just curious.
