$30k enough for Vegas?

Gonna take the wife on a surprise trip in September. have around $30k in disposable cash. Staying at Wynn resort in one of their more luxurious suites. Plus I like to gamble and eat / party well.

Do I need more or is it too much?

I'm usually a high roller

Edit: hitting the sphere too hopefully for a concert

You are going to waste 30K on gambling ?

Would be a better "investment" to spend 30K on some random chitcoin on coin base. At least you might get something off that. You are pretty much throwing money into a machine.

I love vegas but I love money more.

I just got back, spent 5 days, drank gallons of beer. Paid $640 total for 2 bedroom 2 bath apartment with full kitchen about a block from MGM. Maybe 10 minutes walk to MGM if that.

Made my own food, pizza and sandwiches and such in the unit. Great time. Broke even gambling because I didnt do it too much.

I see no need in spending money to buy fun when a case of beer can provide a better time than just about anything else.

OP is not a higher roller in Vegas terms unless its 30k for a few hours gambling.

Mid tier roller if 3 day weekend gambling and low-mid if there for a week
