even the parents were saying he shouldn't go to prison because he deserves something better… i.e. needs therapy or something. Boy pulling the Switch on his teacher, never stood a chance in life

Supervised probation is used here because he is technically sentenced to 20 years.

Had he been incarcerated for 20 years he’d still end up on parole

That’s what I’m getting at. If you’re going to risk your freedom for that long, pick something better than a switch to go to prison for. Though ideally, you don’t do anything that gets you where he is going.

i think thats the problem. he was special needs i think. probably why it took so long to convct him.i think one thing is clear. its a good thing this happened in florida cause if this went to trial in another state they would probably have found him mentally incompetent.

This is a true story. you can look it up. i saw this guy i know kill his daughters grandfather right in front of me.long story short he was on meth, had to get the SWAT team out and everything. well as far as i know hes still waiting to go to trial cause the doctors cant find him competent. after 2 years they are still trying to get this chit over with but they cant. i knew this fuker since he was a kid. hes fuked up but he knew what he was doing. its just hard to figure who is crazy and who isnt. that kid with the switch knew what he was doing. he was just used to getting what he wants cause hes a big boy

Yeah i saw the guy kill he daughters grandpa. i was gonna step in too. if i did i might have got shot.I dont know. he is pretty crazy actually. glad i didnt get involved but maybe i could of saved the guy. he was my neighbor. tired of crazy fuks

Him not being competent to stand trial is not the same this as “insanity”, using the “insanity defense” or “being found not guilty by reason of insanity”

If someone is not competent enough to stand trial they will remain in custody and receive whatever treatment is deemed necessary to get that individual back to competency so they can participate in their own defense.

Knowing right from wrong, doesn’t do hand in hand with competency

yes i know. they are waiting for the the doctor examination to use the insanity defense. its a waiting game. but i was there. i know he was high on meth.

you know your stuff ill give you that. but i also know my stuff. I know another kid, Mathew Milby jr. now THAT is a good one. he was at a graduation in Dixon IL. shot some rounds in the air. shot at a resource cop. he was in jail for 4 or 5 years waiting for his evaluations. it was crazy. i could go on and on with this one. while we were in jail watching the news we saw his dad. he put a hit out on his mom and we were like HEY thats your fuking dad!he put a hit on your fuking mom! He said nothing. anyway they found him competent. They wanted his ass for shooting at a cop. he got 40 years and some change i think. It takes a long ass time to do these evaluations for trial. they know there can be no fuk ups

If he can’t stand trial due to his lack of competency, he can’t use the insanity defense. He’ll essentially be incarcerated indefinitely.

He better figure out what way he wants to go or the court will and he won’t like it.

Kid was charged with battery again while in prison awaiting his trial so I don’t think it was an isolated incident. Put him down at this point. He’s a lost cause.

Strangely enough “Cannabis-Induced Psychosis” is an actual thing. Seems weird and stupid I know, but it’s a thing.

She absolutely should not have only received probation for that. You’re right about her lawyers, I’m sure that the only reason she didn’t end up in an institution for decades.

And hey I like you too, feel like I found a miscer that understands the little nuances that make a big difference

If you’re interested Dr. Michael H. Stone talks about Cannabis-Induced Psychosis in his book “The Anatomy of Evil” which my favorite book of all time. (Well right now anyway lol)

She explained his behavioral issues were visible even as a baby, and she claims she made the school aware of all of this.

“I had told the school being hungry was a trigger, noise was a trigger, being told no was a trigger, being corrected in front of other people was a trigger and electronics were a big trigger,” said Leann Depa.
Looks like he’s gonna have a hard time in jail getting triggered and into fights everyday. Hope he gets beat up the same way he beat up that teacher.

if he goes in hard right off the bat hes gonna get the brakes beat off him.the last thing they like is some dumb kid acting like he owns the joint. hopefully a real OG beats his ass and tells it like it really is. honestly thats the best chance this kid has if he ever wants to live a semi normal life when he gets out. but what are the chances of that though right? lol its gonna be a bad day if the have tablets in that prison and a guard takes it away. a REALLY bad day
