now let's say you are at home eating 6 or 7 home cooked meals a day. Those 6 meals would cost you the same price as one mcdonalds breakfast

But "normal" people will be like "oh my god, how do you afford so much food?" when you are literally spending half what they spend on food while eating twice as much

Kinda, this is only relevant if you are using that time for something that makes you money e.g. even rest time would count if it was rest so you can spend more time making money.

it's not just about the money. eating out you are consuming sh*t regardless of where you go. they cook in cheap oil, add sugar and other sh*t. good luck for your future cancer goals eating that sh*t on a regular basis

people should learn to cook from a young age. they you develop the habit. on my way to the gym i have to walk through a food hall and cinema entrance and 80% are fatasses. srs

also, eating out = "activating your feelings". and being generally lazy regardless of how much money you have
