I don't really even want fast food but I can eat it as a means to get calories in vs not eating at all. I dunno I think I'm gonna fast for a bit and see if that helps.

Been there. Now I only eat protein and fat.

If you decrease the carbs the protein cravings will come back.

My mom used to have bad meat aversion. The smell would make her sick. Now she's on the carnivore diet and eats only meat lol.

I like the idea for the simplicity of it. I can't really afford to be eating steaks every day. And I can't do it with ground beef and eggs. Maybe I'll get some steak and try it for a week. I really can't afford to do it long term though.

I bulked earlier this year. Gained 13lbs. Then hit a wall. I was force feeding until I felt like I was gonna explode and would wake up the next day lighter.

I don't think you are understanding the problem. I can no longer force feed. Not even enough calories to maintain weight.

I'm not convinced you need as much protein as people think. Doesn't seem to make any difference if I'm eating like 150g vs 300g. I think calories are most important and as long as you eat some protein each meal, it doesn't seem to make a damn difference in recovery and muscle gain.

Feels wrong eating 4000 calories with only 150g of protein though.

Try getting protein from liquids for a while. Could add in yogurts and raw hard cheeses if you can find them, just to get some different flavor profiles for a while.

I guess it's better than not eating. Dunno about raw cheese though. There's one place that has stuff like that but always sold out.

You just need to go on a cut, OP. In the steepest valley of a deficit at low BF, you'll have no problem shoveling in the protein. At peak bulk, only high carb or fatty things seem remotely palatable.

Do a three day water fast.
A young bull and an old bull were standing atop a hill looking at a bunch of heifers in a field below.

The young bull says "Let's run down this hill and fuk one of those heifers."

The old bull replies "No. Let's walk down there, and fuk them all."

Normally I just try to eat all day so I'm gonna try not eating. Maybe that intermittent fasting chit for a little bit.
