Lost all desire to eat protein
I used to be able to easily get 200+g of protein from beef, eggs, Greek yogurt, milk, ect. Now for some reason the thought of eating any of that disgusts me. I basically have to force feed every meal. I think I could easily just stop eating entirely.

A bandaid solution would be have multiple large protein shakes everyday, it isn't going to fix the problem and get you back to wanting whole food though.

Every true bodybuilder has said the same thing. They hate eating and it’s bland garbage. Half the time they are always full. But they eat for performance not for taste.
If you want to make gains, eat the food. If you don’t want to eat, you won’t gain. Simple as that.

I can't find it right now, but I remember Vince Gironda advocating for a more vegetarian based diet for a couple of weeks when the body doesn't want meat anymore.
Couple weeks with the veg, then back at it like new.

I know two guys that developed stomach/digestive issues in their 40s and they had to drastically reduce their protein because they were limited on what they could tolerate. TBH neither one of them lost much muscle mass. They just upped carbs and kept fat low. But two be fair I'm talking about two guys in their 40s that have been lifting for 20+ years. One natty/one enhanced. They already had solid physiques and capped out on muscle mass.
