lol the main issue was there is no "overseeing olympic board/body/organisation for break dancing, they originally wanted to have ballroom dancing but realised no one would be interested

So people just qualified through what ever means their country saw best, she actually qualified through a competition but I think it was more of a "sometimes you win if nobody else shows up"

I saw a special that most of these athletes becomes nobodies after the Olympics and have all sorts of mental health issues. Unless your some highly marketable, good looking gold medalist.
