I’ve lived alone for 20 years, having another person living with me sounds awful. Even if it was a hot chick

I moved out when I was 26 and I wish I moved out earlier. Mainly for the independence and growing.

My brother is 34 and still lives at home. Funny thing is he makes like 150k+ and has zero debt. I can't imagine that at all.
I did not have sexual relations with that woman, Miss Lewinsky. I never told anybody to lie, not a single time; never. These allegations are false. And I need to go back to work for the American people. Thank you.

So how many miscers are sticking up for those in their 30s, still living at home?

Also, so glad I never had roommates, heard nothing but horror stories from those that did, especially when the rent is due, or the food situation. Or someone throwing a party, when the other person has to sleep, etc.

I mean he's not lying. Plenty of low self esteem millenial career sloots out there. They regularly sleep with young guys and would probably support them for a bit too until something better comes along. You should get a place for sure but it's not always a dealbreaker.
Do not think that what is hard for you to master is humanly impossible; and if it is humanly possible, consider it to be within your reach.

the problem with getting a place is it cuts my savings in nearly one half. It would be smarter to save more and just buy your own spot eventually or build a cushion

You're seething right now.

The hypocrisy of some sloots is astounding. You're even more of a loser for renting if you don't have any investments. Imagine wasting all your money on rent and thinking you're better than someone who had the 2 requisite IQ points to rub together to financially build for their future. You don't even have model looks so your broke ass isn't bringing anything to the table.

It affects people who don't actually have any hobbies. Their life revolves around talking about other people. It's analogous to someone that plays football vs someone who watches it.

I always love the claim that those who live at home past the age of 30, allegedly have ALL this money saved, when in reality, it's just not true. Thses individuals get comfortable, and they just rot.

LOLed at "seething." It was a simple response.

So what exactly is your point? Chad has life on easy mode, what does that have to do with middle-aged men still living at home? Is your point that if you don't have top 0.1% looks, you should just lay down and rot?

The op posted womens' opinion on guys living at home.

I simply stated a guy with some looks, charisma, and gives sloots quivering orgasms will still get laid and might even move in with the $300k/yr lawyer sloot, Meanwhile your average guy with his own apartment can't even get a 4/10.

You're claiming that a guy with looks, and charisma, who are living at home, are hooking up with hot lawyers and hot doctors?

I'm saying it's possible and has been done. Example: Jeremy Meeks.

Women will do a lot of things if they like you enough even if you're a bum.

Whatever you say. Nothing will dry a woman up, like telling them you're broke, and live with mommy.

You don't have to believe. Jeremy meeks was a criminal bum but still married a wealthy woman.

My entire premise is not paying attention to what women say, but what they do. Yeah they think 35 yr old guys who live at home are losers until they meet the charismatic one

If a male roomie and a female roomie can match up and tolerate some short term inconvenience before getting their own place, everything works out fine. And they are better placed financially to achieve that as they haven't given everything to a juice landlord. Short term thinkers won't understand that.

If a 6'5 blue eyed blonde Chad who was a 9/10 lived at home with mommy, you think they'd reject him?

It's 2024 you weirdo. Women dont give a fuk about a man's income. They treat dating as a luxury aka showing off their chad boyfriend on social media

People will say living with roommates or parents is a financially wise decision and it’s “technically” not wrong to an extent but at the same time if you save up 50k - why are you still at your parents place? Get a good first time house and start building some net worth by paying off your mortgage. You do that at like 24, and then by 30 you can sell that house for a massive upgrade if you want

If you are young and have cash in the bank GET A HOUSE and stop living in your parents basement thinking it’s “making you rich”

And let’s face it, 99% of people living with parents/roomates is because they are broke either because of low IQ spending habits they “can’t control” or because they are working crap jobs because they have failed to set themselves up correctly. It makes you look like you can’t be your own person if you are living under a roof with someone else who isn’t your spouse and you are outside of college age. And most roommates suck to live with unless they are like your absolute best friends

A 1500 dollar a month mortgage is extremely low. So many people twenty years ago, were doing more than that.

And with your attitude, just stay home and rot, and bitch about how women are "sloots."

You gotta move, plenty houses out there. You won't be in the popular areas unfortunately, that's how it goes. Either make more money, move to an up and coming city, or just stay in a non popular area.

Well yeah unless you have your own place, are over 6 foot, have a good looking face, have a large social circle, and make over 6 figures - no women is going to be happy with you or take you seriously, they'll just settle.

Women only want the top 10% of men, hence why there's more decrepit single and childless ladies in their 30s and 40s than ever.

Men who have the above can sleep with whoever they want and women are happy to be shared and juggled. In fact I'd say that women are all sleeping with the same group of men whilst the average guy gets nothing.

These women who think like this are in their 30s and 40s thinking they'll land Chad, whilst Chad is busy with the 21 year old stacies and the chicks who hit the wall are raging at this.
