Their desire for food surpassed their desire to be fit. Now all they can do is revel in their yesteryear & let’s be honest, they never were what they think they were.

You say that, but you are hyper one day, and depressed the next. That's classic manic depressive behavior. I'm not talking shyt, I'm being honest. You should be honest with yourself.

You're not special, you're just a bipolar alcoholic like all the other bipolar alcoholics. If that bothers you, go seek counseling.

Gross
You should get that counseling regardless, one of these days the depression will be too much, and you'll make that drive to home depot.

There's a saying, dumb people learn from their own mistakes, smart people learn from other's mistakes. So if an old guy says he could lift 800lbs+, and he's now in a wheelchair, that probably means lifting that kind of weight isn't good for the body. There's a lot to learn from older people, if one is willing to listen.

Most people are delusional when it comes to lifting. When I was 17 my egotistical, proud, noodle-armed and love handled skinny fat friend said that if HE took aa cycle of steroids, he'd look like ronnie coleman, like it's that easy to do it. Truth is most guys wouldn't look like ronnie looked on all the steroids in the world. Let alone a cycle.

When most people actually do a cycle, they realise how underwhelming it really is - unless they're great at handling steroids and respond well to them.
