im guessing you gained that weight immediately back when introducing carbs?
When it comes your time to die, be not like those whose hearts are filled with the fear of death, so that when their time comes they weep and pray for a little more time to live their lives over again in a different way. Sing your death song and die like a hero going home.

Its gonna take time, try to keep yourself busy and never feel like you have to eat. get comfortable being uncomfortable, accept that your body isn't gonna like you not being a fat fuk…
stop worrying about it so much, and find low cal high volume decent tasting foods to enjoy. I'll use fat free cheese for pizza or quesadillas with keto dough/tortillas just because its lower calories and tastes pretty much the same.

I usually get leaner when I travel because I go out for one meal and a few beers, and although I still want more, by the time I get home the desire goes away because I'm stuffed
I'm also hungry all the time. I found if I eat once a day instead of trying to space them throughout the day, I feel much better and capable of eating fewer calories. Eating a little bit throughout the day makes me miserable.

Fast when you're busy. I usually eat nothing while at work and it's easy

bro first of all don't choose PB for the remainder of your calories… that's probably where you're going wrong all day long is food choices.
less calorie dense foods, make sure you hit your protein, hydrate like you're supposed to, hit your fiber, and you're golden. so fkn easy once you get it down

Any type of carb or thing with sweetner is going to give you cravings. Heck even cheese gives me cravings to eat more and snack on more cheese.
I just ate 1.5lbs of red meat with 6 eggs, and I might not even be hungry for breakfast tomorrow morning. Even if I was hungry I can wait until lunch to eat without getting hangry and without getting nauseous.
So join the carnivore club OP and get some ground beef and eggs with butter ready for cutting.

I was a professional weight loss consultant for liek 7 years.
very simple here. Its not about will power or toughing it out and starving. if you are hungry, that means your body has used its prior supply of fuel and needs more.
Lok at it this way. If you ran around the track full steam, you would of course be breathing hard and gasping for breath. Thats your bodies way of telling you you need more air to get back to normal.
You wouldnt think to just take shallow breaths and tough it out and hope it goes away would you? of course not.
Diesting is the same thing, You should be hungry about 30 prior to your next meal but not starving, if you are, eat more. Work on the composition of your meals as well if its an ongoing thing.
Less is never better. ideally you want to eat as much as humanely possible and still loose weight. if anything, quit working out to remove that variable and just loose fat by diet alone. then you will know what your maintenance is. Once you do that for a few months, slowly add in workouts and adjust your calories upwards to meet that demand.

"To be a warrior is not a simple matter of wishing to be one. It is rather an endless struggle that will go on to the very last moment of our lives. Nobody is born a warrior, in exactly the same way that nobody is born an average man. We make ourselves into one or the other."– Carlos Castaneda
