Tips to curb hunger when fat

I’m cutting now and pretty fat I’ve been dieting for a month now at a 500-1000 calorie deficit

I can only eat 200 more calories today which will be from peanut butter

Any tips to not have extreme hunger? I’m 232 5”7

I got sugar free sparkling water drinks that curb my appetite zero calories

Couldn’t find zero calorie candy at the store today

Cut all carbs, it's impossible to eat too much when you're eating just meats and eggs. But you'll also feel like shyt for weeks until your body adjusts.

I've tried keto before and I was gaining weight from eating meats and eggs. Maybe ya get tired of eating so much of them eventually?

I'm also hungry all the time. I found if I eat once a day instead of trying to space them throughout the day, I feel much better and capable of eating fewer calories. Eating a little bit throughout the day makes me miserable.

Crazy, I can eat rice all day, but just protein, it loses it's appeal after the first 6 ounces.

I know I'll get hate for this but keto helped me lose 55 lbs
I love carbs but while doing this I was fine without them and not hungry
but only do it short term IMO

Same here, lost 40lbs in 10 weeks, but that was like 12 years ago, and after getting dumped by a very shallow girl. Keto and being unhappy is a killer combination.

I may get back to it eventually, but honestly it's hard to diet when everything is well and you're comfortable and happy.

rock it all day and eat 1 meal a day while trying to keep it not ice cream and doughnuts….cut all the calorie dense foods out, like peanut butter, its %50 fat, you don't need that.

Your last 200 cals and you choose PB? Enjoy those 2 tbsp. And those are measured, scraped tbsp…not as much PB as you can fit on the spoon.

Ive found that whenever I attempt to cut out the excess in my diet, I become very prone to dehydration, even if it seems like Ive drank a good amount of water.

To avoid my body fukkin up when I diet I have to drink a CHIT TON of water. Now obviously not like 2 gallons in one sitting or anything stupid. But lots of water thru out the day. Every time you drink water, have as much as you feel satisfied by and then have another good sized cup on top of it. Keep yourself saturated.

And of course make sure youre getting electrolytes and protein too.

And you dont have to go cold turkey. If your body is used to having a bunch of chips and candy every day, cutting it all out at once may make things harder. Just start having a bit less each day, and replace the portions youre cutting out with more water.
