What did he say to these so called "veterans", was that supposed to be in this clip?
BTW, John McStain was a traitor and received the wrinkled flag treatment like so many others will. George Bush Sr. was another.

Not less impressive. Trump said better, which is the truth. As the majority of Medal of Honor recipients are awarded it from dying. His point wasn't that the actual award is better, his point was that you don't need to be dead or badly injured to receive it. It's an offensive and insensitive statement, but it's the truth. JD used the military benefits to further his career

JD served in non combat roles and saw no action

Wtf is the difference? Oh yeah, Walz served about six times as many years, but apparently he's the one guilty of 'stolen valor'? Grow up.

How can you not understand this?
How can we not understand lies? lol. Leaving service after 24 years left his unit 'hanging'? You brain dead trumpers defending a legit draft dodger yet criticizing someone who served for 24 years.

Walz served as a command sergeant major, but did not retire at that grade because he did not complete the required training. The Guard has said, on numerous occasions, that it is accurate for Walz to state that he has served at that rank.

The problem is he LIED for YEARS about being a higher rank than he was.

He lied about fighting in the actual war and seeing people fukked up from it…

He lied about serving IN afghanistan…

He lied and didn't explain that he FUKCED OVER the soldiers below him…. literally ran away and left them leaderless right before deploying…
Hes a fåggot ass pussy.
You are the only liar.

Some conservative outlets, such as the Washington Free Beacon, have argued that Walz's statements about his deployment in support of Operation Enduring Freedom misleadingly suggest he claimed to have served in Afghanistan. Walz has never made such a claim, though, and he has always described his 2003 deployment as one that supported security operations at U.S. Air Force bases in Europe.

It’s bad because of who he’s talking about.

He also does not seem to understand public and private are not secret separate places. They’re both organizations of the same people.

He needs a better campaign if he’s lining up such easy takedowns from Dems

These democrat nut huggers are brain dead. JD has been completely honest with his service. Walz has repeatedly lied. That is the difference.

There is video of an interviewer, I think on meet the press, saying that he served in Iraq with his battalion as part of his intro and he's nodding his head yes. So even when he didn't specifically say it, his bios (which were put out by his people) said it and then when it was listed in his presence he either nodded in approval or said nothing. That is lying.

And yes, you can leave your unit hanging after any amount of time. Listen to the interviews from his direct supervisor and his people from his battalion. He went above the chain of command to get permission to leave without telling them, and did not tell them until the last possible moment. They were getting ready to deploy under him and he knew that he was not going to be there, but did not tell them for awhile after was done so that they could properly train a new person to fill that role.
