well ate the new neutella donut but not as great as expected. would have been better if it was a boston cream type with neutella inside instead of cream.

they're both the same thing basically, only different in their stereochemistry (basically just one molecule group pointing up vs down, which can actually cause huge differences in drugs but in this case, they're basically the same).

ephedrine is more potent as a stimulant but caffeine should have you covered on that end.

See that's the thing, you don't want to only rely on caffeine but rather combine both. That's the whole point of Ec stack.

You're using it mainly as a stim? Fair enough, always thought 400mg of caffeine was more than enough stimulant and mostly used it for the appetite suppression aspect myself.

Yes and it being stronger also help the fat burning process by raising your metabolic level by about 2-3%. Sure it ain't as powerful as certain thing that cannot be named but it sure does a hell of a job.

Hah no kidding. Might have to give it a try. I spent $40 on EC stack once and used it for like a week lol.

But I run a few times a week and that's no bueno with EC stack so that might not work.

Yea don't mix Ec stack with cardio. I don't cut with cardio anymore. Last time I did that I was melting like crazy. Its true what they say, cardio kill gains!
