Toronto. Been here all my life and it gets better and better tbh. Lucky to live in such a great city. The only downside is the cost of living is ridiculous. House/condo prices are insane. Similar to what you see in San Francisco and LA.

im from vancouver and downtown is easy to walk around even with homeless and drug addicts

i go to seattle a lot (2 hour drive) and the downtown is sketched with people going up to you and trying to start ****

in vancouver / toronto, that never happens, they leave you alone most of the time

Can confirm. There's literally no area of this city that I wouldn't walk through. Even at all hours of the night. As long as you don't look like a massive beta target then nobody is going to fuk w you.

Lived in Florida for college and managed to adapt to it pretty quickly. Whenever I came up home to visit during summer I was almost always wearing a hoodie because it was so cold compared to FL lol.

man i ate almost an entire medium pizza today and still fit it in the macros since i ate almost nothing for 12 hrs before that

and i know that calories/protein is the only thing that matters for weight loss, but i'll always have that feeling that bad food = goodnight sweet scale tomorrow lmao. fully expecting to be up 5lb tomorrow, even though i know it's just bloat

cut is going real well otherwise. down 227>218 in ~20 days. life is good. how's everyone's fitness goals going

Haven't really set any real fitness goals other than "don't become a fatass". Has worked so far, especially with my current job where I walk about 15km a day. Noticing some nice progress when I look in the mirror and when I try to grab fat around my midsection. Arms getting more veiny which I like. Not trying to get a full on six pack though, I used to have one in college and maintaining it just wasn't worth the effort. Currently at ~197 give or take which I'm fine with. Don't want to go below 185 tbh.
