I cleaned up on the Black Friday deals.

6x10lb ON Whey@$81.00 Canadian

8x5lb AllMax CaseinFX@$38.95 Canadian

They were shipped for free and I have enough protein to last me for the next 18 months.


If you Canadians have never ordered from ca.bodybuilding.com I high recommend them,and not just because I hangout in their forum.Delivery time is measured in hours.Three orders this year and all have arrived in 50-55 hours.A quick google search and you can find a discount code.

The best thing tho is that they charge a flat rate of $10.99 and all prices are in Canadian funds.I was going to order several dozen RTD protein drinks from a bulk supplement dealer in the UK but they wanted $100.00 for shipping.Screw that!I ordered 3 dozen from ca.bodybuilding.com and they only charged me $10.99 and they will be here by tomorrow.

In other news winter arrives here next week with highs of -25C.This stupid country.
