So I went and got sized for a custom suit and designed 2 of them along with 3 custom dress shirts.

Yeah there is no way I can buy off the rack I'm so freaking odd body wise but will be fly AF for this wedding.

gjdm. a proper fitting suit is impossible to get off the rack for a lifter but worth the investment

Oh yeah I wouldn't fit into a suit off the rack would look awful on me. Even getting a custom the tailor was worried about the dress shirts cause my arms, back and chest are too big. But good to know I have 20" arms despite being partial fatceps at the moment lol.

since youre getting custom shirts im sure youll be fine, but if u got lots of older dress shirts and are not willing to throw them away, shirt stays are like 10 bucks and can keep them from ballooning at the torso.

they do look hilarious, but u cant see them through the pant leg

Trying to build a routine of mostly unilateral exercises (i.e. one-arm DB rows, alternating DB walking lunge). Has anyone come across a good structured routine/splits? Targeting a ~75 min gym routine, 5 days a week.

Loooong weekend in Ontari-ari-ari-o. Thank you Lord Simcoe.

We have a spatchcocked chicken in the fridge that's been swimming in beer and Jamaican Jerk marinade overnight. Mr Flexy is going to grill and we'll have the bird with my homemade macaroni salad (salad is straight out of the 1970s and tastes like every summer picnic of my childhood).
No drama: You know where we are.

What a sh!t hole country. Can't wait a few years down the road till we get good alternative to oil and the earth warms up a few degrees, Saudi Arabia will be irrelevant. But thanks for admitting that they did 9/11..

Apparently Saudi have beef with Canada because our oil production is bringing overall the prices down with more supply….

I mean I'm not entirely against some kind of aboriginal celebration holiday in Canada… don't get me wrong I don't agree with taking down that statue.

It would be a good way for everyone to move forward.

Hey fellow Canadians.

I have been recently considering moving back to Canada in the next few months.
Been living in Ireland for half my life now and while its a really nice country, I feel I miss home (born in Ontario) and would love to work and settle down back in Canada, maybe start a family.

I was wondering if any Miscers live in Alberta and could tell me what it's like living there?

I have my heart set on Alberta because I absolutely love the outdoors and would love to live somewhere around some of the beautiful lakes and mountains. I'm blown away whenever I see pictures of Peyto lake or Lake Louise or whatnot. I love to hike and picked up photgraphy recently so would love to get some nice shots.

I read the cost of living is a bit lower in Alberta than other provinces and the family income can be higher than other parts of Canada and taxed less.

I just have to decide whereabouts I would like to move to in Alberta.
