Never experienced this, hopefully I don't. Some cases are not bad while some cases would make nightmares seems like dreams.

Only happened to me once years ago. I remembered being semi conscious and seeing some kind of blurry old man looking at me beside my bed. Wasn't even scared or anything tho. Couldn't move but eventually snapped out of it. Weird but that was it. That's probably because of chit like this that people believe in ghosts or whatever.

It's scary sh*t not being able to move when you feel a threat.

I get sleep paralysis 1-2x a month but I remember there was this bad week where I was getting it every night.

It's weird I'd never experienced sleep paralysis for the first 19 or 20 years of my life, I wonder what changed…

To me the scariest will always be those nights you spend crushing one of your arms and then wake up with it fully paralyzed for a few seconds. Can't feel a thing and can't move it either. Chit is beyond scary.

That happens to me the most if I set up my bed near the wall. If I do that I'll have the tendency to move and squeeze myself against the wall and end up squashing my arm in the process.

Yeah, that is pretty fukked too, always worry that feeling won't come back. If you're smart you will use your other arm to move your numb arm on your dik and it feels like someone else is jerking you off.

Yup. This is last week of class and next week is exams. Have a meet week of exams but luckily I just have to take one of them early but it's a joke exam.

Yeah I'm going to the Penn Relays which is one of the biggest meets in the world in terms of athletes and probably the biggest crowds as well.

Attempted to squat once with the flu. No lie between sets I just sat on the toilet and sh*t as much as I could until next set was up. May have had a bit of seepage but still got the reps in.

Never again btw.

I'm getting so sick off "getting back in the gym" and being sore every other week. Work is basically completely ****ing me in the ass when it comes to gym schedule, social schedule, etc. I've been out of gym for another two weeks (except for 1 day I managed to sneak out and go to gym) so I was FINALLY home this weekend, hit legs, and now I'm crippled again. DOM's of peace. THe fact that I'm trying to nurse myself back to health after a catastrophic injury isn't helping either.

Cool thing happened today. So Athletics Canada released their top contenders list for the Pan Am Games and I was included on that list. Now the chances of me making the Pan Am team is pretty slim but hey if a few guys decide to not go I guess I'd make the team.
