How much did you pay for it if you don't mind? Currently have a Vette but with relationship changes lol may need more space soon enough and won't give up speed.

Gave the guy $5k cash, he wanted almost 6. He might have taken less but after driving it I thought it was perfect for what I needed and didn't want it to get away.

man lower back hurting a bit, not the best form on deads 405 felt heavy, I didn't deadlift for 3-6 months was fun used my best with a basketball jersey felt amazing.

When I ran Sheiko for my Feb. comp it had me doing the following:

After deadlifts do goodmornings
After squats do abs
After bench do flyes

What this does is stretch out your cramped muscles, very effective. I'm debating whether I'll compete again this year, but I'm still doing these antagonizing lifts and the Iceman stretches and feeling better than I should.

I'm not crazy about my work TBH. I did a research proposal that could positively impact thousands of low income kids. What will I do next week? Set up a form to collect info from families that are decently well off. Pretty big divide from our stated "mission" and what we actually do.

Maybe I just need to go out on limb and say I'm done doing what's expected of me and start doing what I know is right. I can't get fired for that, just alienated from the "elites" in the organization.

I hear ya. I worked for a big company on salary back in the day. I got valuable experience but it was 24/7 work and stress. The worse was when I worked 28 days straight for 11 hrs/day. Even when I was not at the office I would be getting texts and calls from coworkers.

I got valuable work experience in my field and my boss is going to be one of my groomsmen but that is mentally and physically draining.
