It's amazing how many people like totalitarianism (fascism, communism etc) when they're the ones in power but hate it when they feel they're being oppressed.

Hoping for a spring election and a conservative majority

So am I, but the reality is, it’s the left and right wing on the same fukkin bird. This country is fukked now. Well thought out, long a$$ plan to get here and there is no going back.

Yup, left wing and right wing are from the same bird is the truest statement for Canadian politics.

This is why I laugh when people are shocked that I don't always vote. They get pride in voting in their corrupt politician who will pass a few things they like but spend most of the time lining their pockets and their friends pockets.

The federal Liberals and Ontario PC's are both in the middle of scandal's for that right now with the arrivecan app and the greenbelt developers. Oh yeah bud, there's 1 private mansion address which has like 10 corporations attached to it that all get federal contracts which would require big companies that's not suspicious and oh yeah bud your developer friends just so happened to buy greenbelt land a couple of months before you rezoned it which is a complete coincidence.

I'm only pulling for the federal PC's to get rid of bill C21 and fix bill C5 and C75 (why go after illegal guns and actual criminals when you can spend billions targeting lawful gun owners who don't commit crime and at the same time lower punishment for criminals and give them easy bail and make the situation much worse) and then get rid of all this carbon tax and "green economy" crap that is going to lead us right into a bad recession and completely collapse our economy.

It won't be but for me personally these 2 issues are why I'm leaning PC this time.

The climate fascists are going too far and although we need to try our best to not pollute the world completely collapsing western economies while eastern economies are the cause of 90% of the pollution in the world now is not the answer.

you are delusional if you think PP will undo any of the damage Trudeau has done to this country.

he's not going to lower taxes. he can't stop grocery moguls from charging $5 for a loaf of bread and $10 for a 4L bag of milk. he'll definitely send more money to Jewkraine. PP isn't even against tranny p3dos.

but yeah, trudeau must go nonetheless. hate him.

That's one sweet looking cabin, can you tell me which lake it's on?

Northwestern Ontario is one of the most beautiful places on this planet in the summer. If I ever won the lottery I would buy an island on Lake of the Woods. You could live there a thousand years and never have to fish the same spot twice.

I know that feel. I keep shoveling snow from around the house and driveway and it never ends. The next time I'm at the tool store I'm gonna buy one of those propane blow torch shafts and just melt the freakin' snow.

Thanks man! I live in Red Lake. A few hours north of Lake of the Woods. Not nearly as big but you could def survive out on the water.

I was getting so sick of sweeping the truck off every single morning for a while, but now it's been in the -30s every day… so milder weather and snow is starting to look pretty good!

Back up to 29 here on Vancouver Island on Tuesday apparently. We just had a cooling coil attachment on our gas furnace so the house has air conditioning now.

+30C here for several days.

I took my Princess 'Christine' out of the garage for the first time in April.

The number of teenage girls that come onto me because of that car is disturbing. Sometimes right in front of their parents.

When I was 19 I had a 1977 Trans Am like this one…

I've been saving money to buy another one but the value of those cars has doubled in the last 6-7 years. It would cost me between $30,000-$40,000+ to buy another.

The way I see it that money is better spent on a car that increases in value by 10-15% every year than to keep it in an account that only pays 2-3%.

Yeah, we had that recently. And of course, I was driving with 3 kids and my sister (lives in the concrete jungle) through it. She kept trying to get me to pull over and I’m, dude. These trees are over 100 years old and you see how those hydro lines are whipping and the poles are bending? There is no safe place to stop.

I had to drive over a tree in my ****in STI😂😂
