Crap really? Hopefully it doesn't effect his play during the season.
Yeah i hate seeing that…dude was killing it in camp and shoulder injuries for OL or DL really affect performance. Considering shoulder injuries to Justin and Aldon completely affected how effective they were in our SB year. Really hoping his issue isn't on their level and he and Buckner run some **** and make this season at least interesting on defense and give us something to get excited for moving forward.

Ya it's pretty ****ty knowing Armstead is going into the season with a shoulder issue. Really don't see how it won't affect him but we'll see.

I'm so done with this Kaep situation. A lot of people didn't like him before this (including myself), but I thought there was a slight chance he might turn it around on the football field, so I didn't care. Now people want to act like they're offended because he sat during the anthem, when really they just don't like the guy. It doesn't make me any more/less patriotic if I am or am not offended by it.

I wish it was an issue he always held close to him but I don't think thats the case. That way we'd at least know he was being genuine. IMO he's a follower and not a leader and that's why he couldn't take over this team when things got rough.

Onto football, fuk I hope we beat the Rams in week one. All these new fans will be annoying and I don't want to deal with this, this early on.

I think there's a lot of unknowns regarding this team still due to some injuries/coaching decisions. We really haven't seen what this team can really do or not do yet.

The OL will definitely be tested vs the Rams DL so it's good to see them playing well consistently(at least the starters)

I think that's definitely a game we can win. Hate that we have such a long ass wait though.

How anyone could still want him on the team seriously blows my mind…I would absolutely hate to watch him QB this team. Go the fuk away.

As for football, sort of amped to see our run game this year. It should be much improved…just hope Hyde can stay on the field. Hate Ellington is paper meche. He looked promising or made for this offense.

Police brutality has always been around whether you guys want to believe it or not. I just don't think Kaep should be the one leading the charge. He's too mentally weak.

I'm honestly so over this whole Kaepernick situation. I need it to be over one way or another so we can move on.

I'm pissed that Kap is wasting all that physical talent due to his weak mind
I'm pissed that I thought he would be better…i just don't get wtf went wrong with him. He's not stupid so is it just too much early success and not enough training on the right things? Is he like the opposite of that kid from Ballers where he can draw up plays on the whiteboard no problem but on the field it all slows down for him and becomes tougher to figure out?
I'm pissed that all this attention is taking away from the football season
I'm pissed that Bruce Ellington can't stay healthy
I'm pissed that we don't have a legit QB in a time when that's absolutely crucial.

I think everyone should keep an eye on QBs in NCAA this season because we definitely need to invest in one early whether this upcoming draft or next one.

Deshaun Watson will be gone unless we continue getting injured and can't buy a win. Luke Falk is the kid I'm curious about…he may be someone who could be had in the 2nd round and has Goff like qualities. He could either climb into top 10 talk or go later because he plays in an offense some people look down upon. Personally i think he's someone who will interest Chip a great deal(assuming he's still our coach next year) as they share some similar thoughts on sports science and football.

I want this team back on top and I want a QB who you know will get you at least 9 wins per season on his own. Cut Kap, eat that money, hope some other team signs him so we save a little money on it, keep Driskel to see if he can develop into anything and then draft a kid in the next two drafts to be the future.

^ Last comment on Kap… I think Harbuagh kept him in check and keep him motivated. That all ties in with him being weak minded right now. The last two years you could see that Kap was losing it and that was when Harbaugh was gone. I mean look what this girl did to him in that amount of time?

I think we could turn some heads this season if Gabbert can play average football. I think our defense will be pretty good, but of course we worry most about offense. No great QB, and a bunch of receivers who have not proved much of anything. Hopefully Kelly's offense can work out. I think it will be good. I just want to see points on the board, and a good running game. If we get those then I think we win, but if we fail at that then we have problems.

Honestly bro I think we can pick #1 to mid 20s…i think eventually we'd get exposed in the playoffs if a miracle happened and we were able to make it there.

What makes me think we're closer to #1 is I'm not sure how Armstead's shoulder will hold up. Buckner being a rookie. Questions near Bowman at ILB and still questions at pass rush especially with Lynch being out first 4 games and corner being question marks.

I think if the defense comes together and the young guys step up big time suddenly we're back as a tough out for any team but having questions at areas that we do is never a recipe for success though of course questions are better than knowing that group sucks ass

I'm projecting 6-8 wins. For that to happen Gabbert has to play like he did last year and maybe a little better. Don't turn the ball over. Some of the young players will need to step up but most importantly the oline needs to be top 12. If they are good and we can impose our will running the ball teams will be gassed by the 4th quarter and we can come away with some unexpected wins.

Squidward just keeps being a distraction. He needs to be cut asap. Let him go get his 15mins of fame elsewhere. I legit feel sorry for everyone else in that locker room who just want to work without distractions and this ass clown won't let them.

people are saying he might get cut..I doubt it, but I can't say I'd be too bothered
I see a lot of people saying we'll only go with 2 QBs on the roster and I don't want to risk losing Driskel. He hasn't been lighting it up out there but he's been pretty solid and imo has improved each game. I'd be nervous putting him on waivers and honestly at this point I'd rather have Driskel backing up Gabbert and get rid of Kap and his distractions

I honestly hope Kap tanks tonight just so it will hopefully make it that much easier to cut him.

Hope SD sends the dogs on every down because we all know that he can't handle it.

I expect their defense to rush hard. After all it is military apprecation night…. Look at what GB did last week. They rushed him hard as soon as he went in. This will be Kap's make or break it night. He either shows he has something left or he plays like he has been.

Just don't want to see him get injured to the point where his next year gets guaranteed.

This guy has no future here IMO. It's up to the front office Chip to figure out if they want to hold onto him in hopes of getting something for him later or because they fear in having a 6th round rookie as the backup but I'd roll the fuking dice and get rid of Kap. I think it would make the locker room stronger and let the guys worry about football and not his bs.

According to Colin Cowherd, Kaepernick didn't put a lot of time into studying. I honestly didn't know that. Thought he worked pretty hard during his glory years. Apparently not.

Driskel. Ponder has proven to be a failure in the NFL.

And wtf at Eric Reid apparently joining Kaepernick in sitting during the national anthem…just play football.

Kaep looks like sh*t. Still inaccurate as fuk and he was terrible on those read options. Would've had a lot more yards if he kept them.

Driskell not looking too good tonight. Glad Robinson got a nice pick and Mike Davis still surprising me, not sure that's the same Mike Davis from last year or we signed a new guy with the same name.

Looking good, fast feet. Made 4 yard gain on what should have been a 2-3 yard loss and busted a real nice run breaking tackles and juking fools.
